*We stand by all of the products we make. If you ever have any issues, with snaps, buttons, stitching, etc. please send us an email and we will take care of you!

• we offer free exchanges
• If you just want to exchange for a different color or size shoot us an email at info@euphoricequestrian.com with your order number and we will process your exchange ASAP.
• Products must be exchanged unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached

• Customer is responsible for the return cost if not exchanging
• Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached
• Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be subject to return
• Refunds will post the next day after package is received
